4 Biisiä sisältävä Chasing Ghosts EP julkaistaan Suomessa 19. marraskuuta ja kuten tuossa taannoin lupailin maistiaisia tulevasta, niin nyt niitä olisi tarjolla YouTubessa hakusanalla Matthau Mikojan, sillä tiesimme, että kun soitamme uusia kappaleita Saksan rundilla jengi laittaa ne nettiin, eli go check `em out!!!HEHE!!!!

Sitten semmonen juttu, notta paljon on tullut merchandise ideoita jatkuvalla syötöllä (ISO KIITOS SIITÄ!) ja pikkuhiljaa voitaisiin leipoa se voittaja... mitähän me luvattiin palkinnoksi???? Anyway, tässä olisi EP:n sisältö:

Got home last evening at 19:30 and now having slept 16 hours I feel as good as new! First thing, I´ve got to say that it was the best tour I have ever done so far because we had so much fun and the shows were the best!!! People there were amazing and they treated us real good! I had no idea so many people would show up... So thank you very much! We are already planning on a new tour because you know we´re only getting started here and this tour made it clear that it´s not a solo thing anymore... it was at first but now  WE ARE A BAND!!!   

Monet on kyselleet jo pitkään, että mitä kuuluu, missä mennään ja koska uutta materiaalia. Nyt ajattelin vihdoin antaa hieman selontekoa, ennen ku hypätään AirBerlinin lentokoneeseen. Tossa kesällä alettiin tekeen uusia biisejä, joista ainakin Elegantly Wasted on jo monille tuttu keikoilta. Nyt materiaalia alkaa oleen mukavasti kasassa ja juuri saimme valmiiksi 4 biisin mittaisen EP:n, minkä julkaisusta ilmoitetaan pian. Uutta materiaalia siis on luvassa hyvinkin pian. Nyt suuntaamme katseemme vähäksi aikaa Saksaan, missä myös soitamme uutta materiaalia. Maistiaisia tulevasta luvassa PIAN!

A lot of people have been asking what we´ve been doing lately since we haven´t been touring... not much anyway and  here´s the answer. Last summer we started working on new material and now we finally have some new stuff including "already familiar" Elegantly Wasted. In fact we just finished recording an EP (four songs) which is coming out very soon but the date is yet to be announced... FOR NOW WE´RE OFF TO GERMANY for a while. We can´t wait to get there!!!

Okay...This is me, Matthau, and for starters I´d like to say it´s good to be back... I mean, it´s been a while and I can´t wait to get on stage with my band.

There´s a few things I still need to add here like the BAND section and some other stuff but in the meantime I´d like to announce the band... Here it is:

Simo Stenman - drums, ...He also played on the record

Teemu Broman - bass, ...Simply the best bass player in the world

Sir Christus - guitar/vocals, ...Simply my brother.

Matthau Mikojan is ready to release his debut solo album through Poko Rekords on March 12th in Finland. The long awaited album titled ”Matthau Mikojan” presents a talented and skilled songwriter who lacks no ambition.
 
Mikojan shows on his first solo album that he really knows how to write catchy guitar riffs. The vocals are also done with care and his voice goes well on both more calm and heavier parts. The first single ”Stiletto Heels” surprised many with its echo drum sounds and twanging guitar.
 
Mikojan has played all the instruments on the album apart from the drums which were played by Simo Stenman. Mikojan, Stenman and producer Antti Suomalainen (a.k.a Lex Luthor) started recording the album in September 2007 in Cosmic-studios in Tampere, Finland.
 
Matthau Mikojan has also put up a live band in which plays the studio drummer Stenman, bassist Teemu Broman and Mikojan’s brother, ex-Negative Sir Christus on guitar. The band starts to tour Finland in February so the album material can also be heard live. This is something that you just CAN’T miss!
